Journal Club 1: Framing the Purpose of Decolonising Global Health Education ("What?")

The network was initiated in 2017 and currently includes 12 universities. At KI, the network is represented by Karima Lundin, Karin Båge and Martin Gerdin Wärnberg.

The title of the current project is “Decolonizing global health education in the Nordic region: An applied toolkit for educators”. The aim is to create a decolonization toolkit for Global Health faculty at the participating universities during a workshop in Copenhagen April 2027.

As a part of this project, in order to collect as many perspectives as possible before the workshop, the Nordic Network will run a series of three online journal clubs, which will be open to all faculty at GPH (and relevant departments at partner universities).
